New Close-up Footage of "Kony 2012" Filmmaker's Breakdown

A new video of "Kony 2012" filmmaker Jason Russell shows an up-close-and-personal view of his meltdown on the streets of San Diego.
Russell was detained this week after there were reports of him acting bizarrely and masturbating in public. A video from afar showed him banging on the cement and yelling, but in this up-close video from TMZ Russell curses incoherently, screams at the devil and claps his hands.
His family has said drugs and alcohol were not involved. Instead they're blaming dehydration, exhaustion and, of course, all the haters for his behavior.
