Heather Locklear Hospitalized for Reported Mix of Pills and Alcohol
After a frantic call to authorities from her sister yesterday afternoon, Heather Locklear is recovering from what some news outlets reported was a dangerous mix of prescription drugs and alcohol. Radar Online writes that Locklear's older sister Colleen called 911 at about 2:05 p.m. from Locklear's home, saying that she was worried the former "Melrose Place" star would hurt herself after drinking and taking medication. TMZ reports that fire department and the Ventura County Sheriff's Department responded to the call.
Locklear was taken to the Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, according to the LA Times, where she's now in stable condition and doing fine.
The Times also notes that the drug and alcohol assertions were unconfirmed as of today.
