Gwyneth Paltrow Goes a Lil' Bit Country on Walk of Fame
In what handily became a photo-op to promote her upcoming turn as a downtrodden country star (is there any other?) in the film Country Strong, actress Gwyneth Paltrow was on hand on Hollywood Boulevard today to receive the 2,427th star on the Walk of Fame.
Joining her was country singer and Paltrow's co-star Tim McGraw for the unveiling ceremony for the sidewalk star located in front of Madame Tussauds, according to ABC7.
The Oscar winner gave nods to her family and friends, then shared kind words about the City of Angels: "This city is so much a part of my heart and soul and the idea that my grandchildren can one day come and see my name on the sidewalk is very overwhelming."
