Gene Simmons and his not wife Shannon Tweed talk about Sex
Gene Simmons Family Jewels
A&E, Mondays
If it were actually a sin to live happily with the one you love and not be married, Gene Simmons and his girlfriend of 23 years, 1982 Playboy Playmate of the year Shannon Tweed, would be living in so much sin right now.
Instead, they're a seemingly well-adjusted, happy, funny, and sexy couple raising two teenagers and living the dream of rockstar and playmate.
God did give rock to everyone, but he gave a little extra to Gene. To ignore the story of a man who has truly gotten it all despite less-than-movie-star looks, physique, or any real talent other than making a buck, is to miss the story the American Hollywood Dream. That of not only succeeding, but of having one's cake and eating it too.
