Frances Bean Cobain might be engaged to her beau Isaiah Silva, who plays for the Orange County band The Rambles,according to OC Weekly which has done some excellent work Facebook-stalking the pair.
An engagement might explain the mystery of why the only spawn of Kurt and Courtney dropped $1.8 million on a house in the Hollywood Hills, even though she's going to school at Bard College in upstate New York. It could be that she's planning on settling down early.
Sources told the paper that the couple briefly had their Facebook statuses set to "engaged" but then they changed it back. But the OC Weekly paper found screenshots of some of the statuses that point toward an engagement. Silva wrote on someone else's status that he was stealing his clothes from Goodwill and his fiance. On a photo of the couple, Cobain wrote, "Getting to spend the rest of my life loving my best friend makes me the luckiest woman in the world."
OC Weekly also points out that besides sharing an affinity for grungy Goodwill attire, Silva also sort of looks like Kurt Cobain.
