Zagat's 30 Under 30 Awards: Here's Who Made the Cut
Last night, L.A.'s food community gathered at the Emerson Theater in Hollywood to celebrate Zagat's annual 30 Under 30 Awards. The site toasted chefs, managers, somms, chocolatiers and small business owners who are paving the way at a very young age.
One of Zagat's L.A. Editors, Lesley Balla, hosted a Google hangout to coincide with the event, saying that our city is a "pioneer town," where young chefs from around the country come to plant roots and bring their culinary dreams into fruition. And it's not an easy gig.
