Weekend Eats: A Dreamy Combo of Donuts, Beer, and Pork
The weekend is so close you can practically taste it. Here are the edible events going on in the next few days to keep you occupied -- and sated for that matter.Donut Snob pop-up at William Sonoma: This Saturday from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., Janeen Gudelj of the Donut Snob will be bringing her fabulous, farm-fresh donuts to William Sonoma. Though the event is casual, Gudelj recommends ordering her donuts in advance, as last time they sold out of three flavors during the first hour. She'll be brining in a myriad of flavors of her yeast-raised treats, including our our personal favorites-- the Razzy Lemon LuLu and the Orange Zest Pistachio. Beer Chicks book signing: Christina Perorzzi and Haile Beaune are back with a follow-up to their first book, The Naked Pint. This time around, the Hungry Channel hosts will be discussing the fine art of brewing in their book entitled The Naked Brewer: Fearless Homebrewing, Tips, Tricks & Rule-Breaking Recipes.
