Video: 2 L.A. Cocktail Masters Mix Drinks Inspired by Jitlada's Fiery "Dynamite Challenge"
When you go for Thai food, do you drink Thai beer or a creamy Thai tea or coffee to tame the heat beast? What about cocktails inspired by Thai dishes?
When it comes to flavors of Southern Thailand, Thai Town's Jitlada is one of the best spots in Los Angeles for authentic Thai eats, which is why mixologists Steve Livigni and Daniel Nelson headed over to take on the restaurant's legendary "Dynamite Challenge" and create some cocktails inspired by the fare.
For an added bonus, the captions are hilariously inaccurate, as in a young lady is described as "depressed" instead of "engaged" and sentences become conveniently combined. Maybe the caption-writer had a few too many cocktails?
