Photos: Spring Street Smoke House's Rib Eating Contest
Last Sunday the Spring Street Smoke House held their 1st Annual Rib Eating Contest. A few days later we discovered in our LAist Featured Photos pool some shots from the event, which were taken by Arne Meyer aka arne360 who remarked that the event wasn't "as messy as you think!"
Congrats to winner Greg Moss, who chowed down 20 ribs in 20 minutes, according to the restaurant's Facebook Fan Page. And while you might not be up for that much rib-eating, you might want to just head on over to Spring Street for some chow...but don't eat too fast--it's not a contest!
