Detox and Retox with Yoga at Golden Road Brewing
After all the Halloween drinking and debauching, you'll likely be looking for a detox this weekend. To the rescue comes Golden Road Brewing, who will be hosting a new yoga event this Saturday, and every Saturday in November for that matter. Ashtanga instructor Richard Rice will be teaching sessions followed by vegan eats, and if you want, a brew.
For $10, yogis and beer geeks can enjoy a class from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on the new outside lawn, with a beer on the house as a reward afterwards. Three breakfast items will be available too, including a breakfast burger with seasoned potatoes, a vegan omelette with "sausage" and potatoes, and a breakfast burrito which will be available in vegan or non-vegan preparations. It's not exactly a juice bar, but Saturdays are meant for a little sin, right?
