Dudes, it's raining, I know, but that doesn't mean there's still not cheap booze to be found in this city tonight! Here's a few more we managed to dig up this week -- send your secret spots and recommendations my way at carrie@laist.com.

Kung Pao Kitty, Hollywood, 3pm - 7pm everyday: Need more, uh, kitty in your diet? Try $3 appetizers like lettuce cups, chicken wontons, and fried tofu, plus $3 drinks.
Lucky Devil's, Hollywood, M-F 4 to 7pm: $4 drafts (you can choose from 10 different microbrews), "Kobe" sliders (2 for $7.90), seared spicy turkey meatloaf, "tall grass" beef and cheddar burger ($5.50), BBQ Belgian-beer-braised ribs $7, "Kobe" chili cheese fries ($5.50).
Barragan's on Sunset, Echo Park, Wednesdays 7PM-1AM: $2.25 Margaritas all night, free Chips & Salsa. I have a friend who went to this last week, and what do you know, first thing Thursday morning I get an IM: "i got crunk last ngiht. i am HUNGOVER [sic]." Wimps.
