Remember back in the day when we chatted up Bruce Seidel, former head honcho over at the Cooking Channel, about his new gig at the Hungry Channel on YouTube? Well, he's since moved on to another project. Now he's is producing and curating food events for a company called Hot Lemon, and they're hosting their first pop-up on Wednesday. It looks like a real doozy, especially if you're into cocktails, calypso, and ceviche.

The Ceviche Project is teaming up with Daniel K. Nelson, a partner and head barman at the Writers Room who also had a show on the Hungry Channel called "Drink Inc." with Harvard & Stone's Steve Livigni. So things have kind of come full circle.

Two seatings will feature Nelson's drinks alongside four courses of seafood creations from Ceviche Project founder Octavio Olivas, along with "special treats" from the kitchen of Supperclub L.A. (The desserts were actually our favorite course on our recent visit to the vibrant nightclub, which features live entertainment and burlesque along with their dinners, giving the true dinner theater experience.)

Tickets are $118 per person, and are available for 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. seatings. You can book your themhere.
