A SoCal Food Lover's Tribute To Huell Howser Retiring
File this under not-so-"amazing." The beloved host of "California's Gold" is hanging up his microphone after 19 years of production. Huell Howswer, who hosted the show featuring iconic Golden State history, is tells the Sac Bee that he'll be working on other shows, but between this and Anthony Bourdain quitting "No Reservations" we can't help but feel like this is the end of an era when it comes to inspired travel programming.
