Five-Car Crash in Palms Leaves Twelve Hurt

A five-car crash in Palms last night left 12 people injured, one seriously, reports City News Service.
The crash, which happened just before 6:00 p.m. in the in the 9700 block of Venice Boulevard near the border of Culver City, occurred when the driver of a Dodge Durango going south on Watseka Avenue crossed the center divider and careened into the side of a Metro bus.
The driver of the Dodge was seriously injured. Only one person hurt in the accident declined to be taken to the hospital.
