Added to the below list is the Cold War Kids where, according to the LA Times' Soundboard blog, they'll be playing a secret show at the R Bar tonight. "They’ll likely be previewing new songs from their forthcoming album 'Loyalty to Loyalty' that’s out Sept. 23, so if you figure out what pirate-related password they’re using at the door this week, it’s worth showing up early, as the place only holds 80 people," August Brown writes. Password, what's that all about? Learn a little more about the R-Bar here (according to LAist Contributor Sarah Ardalani, the password is "giddy up" as of last Monday.)
