The Odd Future rapper accused of assaulting a female photographer at a performance in New Orleans this week came out verbally swinging after he heard that the photographer Amy Harris had lawyered up.

The accused rapper Vyron "Left Brain" Turnerwrote a profanity-laced tirade against Harris on tumblr: "i didnt slap that old bitch, everybody seen that shit..idgaf though."

Harris accused Turner of yelling "I hate you bitch" and slapping her camera out of her hands, leaving a red mark on her face, at a concert she was covering. She didn't plan on pressing charges until she heard that the band was denying her story, and now she says she wants a public apology from Turner, at least.

Turner accuses Harris of going after the group's money: "fuck her and fuck the media..im not stupid and im not lettin nobody sue me for my paper."

Turner's tumblr post could land him in some legal trouble. Besides the fact that it could be self-incriminating, he might have run up against copyright issues with the photo he used. The magazine Venues Today is telling Turner to take down the picture Harris took of him just before he slapped the camera out of her hands.

Turner also defended his right to slap cameras out of photographer's hands: "its my job to slap cameras out the way so like i said before, fuck your opinion your blog and ya peeps.ha."

Just before the incident, another Odd Future member Tyler the Creator said he hated photographers because they took up valuable space that fans paid good money to see. After that, some of the rappers on stage went over to where the photographers were and began pouring water on their equipment. That's when the alleged incident with Harris occurred.
