Coachella Fashion, Day 1: So Many Crop Tops
One of the most important questions a Coachella attendee might ask in preparation for the festival is: WHAT am I going to WEAR? Will it be...how do I say this...Coachella-y enough?
Gnarly winds did not appear to prevent fashionistas from wearing anything but the most Coachella-y outfits ever to Friday's sets featuring the likes of LCD Soundsystem, A$AP Rocky, Sufjan Stevens, and Purity Ring.
Compared with Coachella style photos from last year, there seems to be slightly more of a presence of NBA jerseys (the Portland Trail Blazers were there, which is weird, considering they should be gearing up to play the Clippers on Sunday). Short overalls are back too. As ever, some outfits provoked questions such as: does one really need a fur animal hoodie in 90 degree weather? Does a long-sleeved lace top feel as comfortable as it looks stupid? As for the once-ubiquitous ~*Flower Crowns~*? So 2015.
