Lil Wayne Records First Video Since His Seizures: 'I'm Good, I'm More Than Good'

Rapper Lil Wayne gave us all a scare last week when he was hospitalized for six days after suffering from seizures. He was finally released from Cedars Sinai Medical Center on Monday, but just a few days later it sounds like he's ready for action.

Last night Lil Wayne recorded a video released to TMZ in which he promotes his upcoming album, tour and BBQ.

He also thanked his fans for their support: "I swear to God I felt that love when I was laid up in that motherfucking hospital bed. I just want you to know I'm good, I'm more than good."

We're happy Lil Wayne is good (and we're also happy we don't have to listen to TV newscasters saying "sizzurp" anymore).

He had been in Los Angeles shooting a video with Nicki Minaj before he was hospitalized, and he seems to be in good spirits while shooting:
