Kylie Jenner apparently just bought herself a $2.7 million home in Calabasas. And guess what? She's only 17.
While we're wallowing about how it's already hard enough to make rent every month, this Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star is already making a very adult purchase. Sources told TMZ that Jenner snagged a home in the fancy gated community dubbed The Oaks. Her 4,851-square-foot, two-story Mediterranean house has five bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. While some of the rooms have sparkling chandeliers and big-screen TVs, others seem more modest and carpeted. The fancy pad sits on a 15,876-square-foot lot and has a pool, a library, spa and sun room.
Even though Calabasas is deep in the Valley and far from the partying in Hollywood, Jenner will be close to her family; her half-sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian live just down the block, according to NY Daily News. And she'll be in good company with other celebs; Calabasas seems to be a hotspot for stars like Drake and Selena Gomez.
Her mom Kris Jenner is apparently helping out with purchase, but most of the money for the home is coming from the teen. And how does a 17-year-old have so much moolah? Well, her family reportedly makes $10 million a year with Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Jenner models, and she has a clothing line with her sister Kendall.
