Photo: Dodgers Pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu Really Hates Snakes

Before you
Dear reader, we're asking you to help us keep local news available for all. Your tax-deductible financial support keeps our stories free to read, instead of hidden behind paywalls. We believe when reliable local reporting is widely available, the entire community benefits. Thank you for investing in your neighborhood.

Here's a picture, originally posted to the Dodgers' Twitter page, that shows pitcher Hyun-jin Ryu freaking out at the sight of a snake.

The Dodgers were in the middle of their 11th annual Community Caravan event when someone thought it would be a good idea to bring out some snakes. You can almost see Ryu channel his inner Indiana Jones in the picture, and it looks like he doesn't even have to be in the same room to be spooked by the serpent.

We're wondering if he knows about William Buchman.
