We need to hear from you.
Today during our spring member drive, put a dollar value on the trustworthy reporting you rely on all year long. The local news you read here every day is crafted for you, but right now, we need your help to keep it going. In these uncertain times, your support is even more important. We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership. Thank you.

Coachella isn't just about rocking out to bands in the Indio desert for two weekends out of the year. Let's not forget about the celebrity sightings! And it looks like stars are getting paid up the wazoo (like tens of thousands of dollars) to be walking ads for brands at the music festival.

The N.Y. Daily News reported today that Glee's Lea Michele is getting a whopping $20,000 to wear preppy Lacoste clothing and party at Coachella, which takes place on April 11 to 13 and April 18 to 20.

What's even better is Disney star Vanessa Hudgens is going to rep McDonald's at Coachella for a reported $15,000. We can't help but speculate just how the actress will fill her end of the bargain...like if she'll have to constantly stuff her face with Big Macs.

It's also rumored that Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul is asking for $15,000 and Joe Jonas around $20,000. Ah, the hard life of a professional party person.
