The OC Register Lakers Blog is reporting that Elgin Baylor, VP of basketball operations and general manager of the Clippers, is no longer performing his duties. Baylor acknowledges there is a dispute but will not elaborate. After a hall-of-fame career with the Lakers, Baylor has been the GM of the Clippers since 1986.
