Ariana Grande Traveled To The Inland Empire To Lick Donuts
Pop star Ariana Grande allegedly licked and spit on donuts at a Lake Elsinore bakery before proclaiming her hatred for America—on the 4th of July, no less.
Grande and her boyfriend, backup dancer Ricky Alvarez, apparently visited Wolfee Donuts, a 24-hour donut shop in Lake Elsinore, on Saturday at abut 11:30 p.m. TMZ got ahold of security footage from the donut shop, and it appears to show Grande and Alvarez sneakily licking a tray of donuts, a stunt they apparently find hilarious.
Later in the footage, a worker brings a fresh tray of donuts out and Grande exclaims, "What the fuck is that? I hate Americans. I hate America." Sure, there are plenty of reasons for one to thoughtfully criticize the policies of their country, but our donuts are pure!
According to a post on Wolfee Donut's Facebook page, which links to the TMZ article, Grande bought several donuts, but not the ones she licked. Also, the shop said their donuts are not vegan, though Grande supposedly is. Scandal!
Joe Marin, who owns Wolfee Donuts, told Hollywood Life that that he'd like an apology from the singer.
"We are reaching out to the customers but it wasn't until the next morning when I watched the tape that I caught them licking and spitting, I call it spitting, on the doughnuts," Marin said.
Grande's reps haven't responded to these pastry-licking allegations, but it could be because she's under the weather and "feels like ass."
