Driver Fatally Flips Car After Fleeing Hit-And-Run
A driver in Westlake hit a parked car on Thursday night in a hit-and-run incident, and as he tried to flee from the scene, he ended up fatally flipping over his own vehicle.
Raul Ramirez, 39, had sped through an alley after clipping a parked car around 8:30 p.m., then hit another vehicle and flipped his car. He was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene, according to City News Service. The police are still investigating as to whether or not Ramirez was intoxicated at the time of the crash, reported The Los Angeles Times.
