Cyclist Killed in North Hollywood After Being Hit by Car
A cyclist in his 60s was killed this morning in North Hollywood after being struck by a car, reports City News Service.
The crash happened at about 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Oxnard Street and Radford Avenue. The victim, whose name hasn't been released pending notification of his relatives, was allegedly hit when the car turned right onto Oxnard as the cyclist was heading west.
The man died at the scene. The driver stayed put and spoke to police about what happened. No arrest has been made yet.
