Hollywood Homicide Involved Roommates, Suspect Tasered

This morning's 4 hour standoff in a Hollywood apartment building followed a fatal dispute between roommates that left a 33-year-old woman dead. The LAPD have released details about the standoff and shooting, which resulted in the victim's male roommate being subdued by a Taser then taken into custody. Paul Matthew Allee, 32, is being held for murder on $1 million dollars bail. Hollywood Blvd. was shut down for several hours this morning during and following the standoff. It is not clear yet if Allee and the victim were involved in a romantic relationship.
