It'll be another day of highs in the 80s and mid 90s for the valleys, with warmer temps in the Inland Empire reaching up to 100 degrees.

In the high desert, expect highs in the 90s, and up to 109 degrees for Coachella Valley.

Tonight's lows for most of the Southland will be in the 60s, upper 50s closer to the coast and in the 70s to 80s for Coachella Valley.

Stay cool this Labor Day weekend — forecasters say temperatures will warm up gradually over the weekend with triple digit highs expected for the Inland Empire.
