City of LA Offers $75,000 Reward in USC Shooting

The city of LA has announced that it's offering $75,000 for information about whoever shot two USC grad students last week, reports the LA Times.
The reward is in addition to the $125,000 being offered by USC.
The shooting happened in the early morning hours on Wednesday. Ming Qu and Ying Wu, both 23-year-old engineering students from China, were sitting outside on Raymond Avenue near campus in a BMW when they were shot and killed.
No suspects have been arrested, and the motivation for the shooting is still unclear. The students' parents visited the scene of the crime this week.
