Be Very Afraid: Amanda Bynes Still Driving, Still Hitting Cars

It seems nothing will deter Amanda Bynes from getting behind the wheel and hitting the streets of Los Angeles...and hitting other cars while she's at it. Though the former child star recently had her license suspended due to charges in two hit-and-run incidents, Bynes was spotted driving Thursday night in West Hollywood, and was caught on video bumping into another motorist's vehicle with her black BMW.

The ever-vigilant eyes of TMZ caught Bynes pulling out of a parking garage on Sunset Boulevard. The "retired" actress evaded expected questions about why she was driving, and tried to cover her face with a scarf, but once on the street, advanced into a white car in front of her in traffic, all while paparazzi looked on.

Earlier in the day, Bynes was ordered "by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel to refrain from driving without a valid driver's license," according to On The Red Carpet. The 26-year-old was also seen in a set of paparazzi photos driving around the San Fernando Valley smoking what appeared to be a marijuana pipe.

Just last Sunday, Bynes was pulled over by authorities and given a verbal warning about driving without her headlights on. At the time, the officer conducting the traffic stop did nothing in light of Bynes' suspended license, and just let her go.

When it comes to Thursday night's minor vehicular scrape, it's not known if either driver reported the accident, and luckily no one was hurt. But like Perez Hilton says, that's not the point, adding:

THE POINT IS, SHE WAS OUT DRIVING AGAIN LAST NIGHT. Oh sure, she can blame the the photogs who were surrounding her car, flashing lights in her eyes as they tried to get their shot of the starlet. But you know how that could have been avoided? BY NOT GETTING INTO HER CAR?
