Thats exactly what I was gonna say Manny, are they planning on giving him a government job and taking every pay check from him for the rest of his life? Even then he'd not be able to pay 100 mil.. Whats the point?

HOMELESS MAN MAKES GOOD
Former fire bug "Big Steve" Butcher presented a check for 101 million dollars to Los Angeles County today. "Boy, it sure sucked to be tossed in prison, just 'cause my lil' cook fire got a-goin'. I love nature. I don't want to burn it down." Big Steve's attorney, Jacob Rosen, added," Mr. Butcher made good use of his time in prison. Driven by remorse, he created the website "interactivestrategiesforurbancampers.com"."
Encompassing a wide range of advice and products geared to the men and women who are currently "between engagements", it has caught fire (no pun intended) during the recent economic downturn and subsequent Depression. "I reckon it was all meant to be, that whole burning down the forest and them making me an example and stuff. Now I've paid off my debt and I'm moving on to bigger and better things!"
When asked about his relationship with Terry Hatcher of "Desperate Housewives", all Mr. Butcher would say was they are just good friends, and "... it would have to be a pretty darn desperate housewife to want to sleep in a tent by the highway!" Ms. Hatcher could not be reached for comment.
Fires wouldn't be such a problem if we didn't A) Develop right up to or right on top of historically fire prone areas B) Didn't rebuild the homes every time they burnt down (you know, learn from past mistakes).
Great post, BitterB.
They should make him pay One Kajillion dollars on top of the 100 mil.
