Of all the losses this one hurts a lot. Watching the highlights right now is too much. I'll write about this one late tomorrow. Discuss.

This was an absolutely devastating loss. I gotta say, with deep regret, I don't know how we come back from this one.

While the Dodgers were up 5-3, I IMed a friend saying that this is a turning point game. I would really love to say that I'm wrong.

Just back from the game. Life has no meaning for me.

C'mon fellas, stay on target! You guys are heading for the exits and the fat lady ain't at the mike.
Remember those brake lights you could see blaring red through the pavilion as Vinnie belted " a high drive to deep right field"? Gibby made monkeys out of those early departers, and #99's got twice as many good legs.
This isn't over. This isn't done. Not by a longshot.
Chins up, Boys, they need us now more than ever.
Go Blue!

I dont want to think that this is over but...
The Dodger Bullpen, a strongpoint for the team, blew a two run lead with two innings to go. They had given up NO runs all NLCS but then coughed up FIVE in one game. The Dodgers had PLENTY of scoring opportunities. The doubling off of Furcal with the bases loaded KILLED us.
Now we have the Phillies BEST pitcher coming up against our guy who couldnt go 3 full innings last time out.
The fat lady isnt singing but she is giving a mic check right now.
Check one, check two...

most painful loss in the last 20 years.it's not over, but it's going to be really hard to bounce back

I must be a true masochist because I'm going tomorrow. I sit pretty close to the Dodger dugout so if it looks bad I may purposely overeat and spray vomit on to Sweeney's back to close out the year.
