• A lucky bicyclist came really close to being hit by a fleeing car of two females after it was spun out by a LAPD PIT maneuver at the end of the chase in the City of Commerce. Check out the crushed bike in the picture above.
• "A man was arrested in Arleta Thursday after leading police on a brief pursuit with a child in his lap and two other small children in the car."
• "Two pedestrians were struck and killed by a Metrolink train as they walked along a railroad track just north of Newhall."
