Quench that thirst
Could you use a drink? Do you ever let a thin wallet stand between you and your thirsty desire? No more being parched, friends. New York's favorite drinking enabler has come to town. Meet My Open Bar, the LA edition.
It's pretty self-explanatory. These guys dig up events around the city that'll be pouring, gratis, and giving you the heads-up. They also list bargains (2-for-1s, $1.50 PBRs) for those nights where there's just no free booze to be found.
The featured event this week is the Unicorn Show art opening at Nucleus Gallery in, eh, Alhambra. OK, so sometimes you have to go to the 626 for a free drink. But it is free.
