The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has seen a 145% increase in the amount of food they give out compared to before the the pandemic. -
That staggering total now puts the county over the five-day average of 4,500 to trigger a new stay-at-home order. -
Latest data shows the average number of new cases climbing gradually from 940 a day at the start of the month, to nearly 1,200 a day as of last week. -
And while they pointed the finger at the boat’s operator, they say the company isn’t the only one to blame. -
The nation's first firefighting robot saw action today. -
The goal is to raise a million dollars to rejuvenate the complex, so it can be reopened to the public. -
But overall, case numbers are at their lowest point since early May. -
The deadline for this round of funding is Friday. -
The move comes even though the county failed to advance in the state's COVID-19 reopening system. -
The warning comes as Santa Ana Winds roar in. SoCal Edison warns customers shut-offs could be necessary for some 54,000 customers.
