A 67-year-old North Hollywood man was fatally stabbed early Saturday morning by his 28-year-old roommate. Jorge Vallardes had attempted to intervene when the suspect, Manuel Garcia-Perez, had become engaged in a fight with his girlfriend, according to City News Service.
