A pedestrian was fatally struck Tuesday night by a passenger train in the San Fernando Valley. The 50-year-old male victim, a North Hollywood resident, was struck at 8:35 p.m. by the eastbound Amtrak No. 11 train at the grade crossing at Bellaire Avenue and Raymer Street in North Hollywood.
