A 51-year-old Los Angeles man has been arrested in Burbank, suspected of not being able to keep his dress pants on in front of the ladies. Nicknamed the Burbank Flasher, Vincent Ernest Gaston "was arrested Sunday and he was booked for investigation of committing lewd acts," according to CBS2. Gaston is suspected of being the "well-dressed" man, possibly a limo driver, who whistled at some female joggers and then exposed himself to them.
