The person who was allegedly quoted as saying that Brown didn't do his community service is saying that it's possible Brown did do what he was supposed to do -- but it might have been when the supervisor wasn't looking.

L.A. County District Attorney Jackie Lacey is requesting that Chris Brown complete his community service here in Los Angeles, saying that he failed to provide “credible, competent or verifiable evidence” that he completed the service as he was supposed to in Virginia.
