Well, this is odd. Madonna, who needs no introduction to the world nor any kind of low-level, cheap publicity stunts, has stooped to the likes of a common Kardashian on her newly relaunched Instagram account.

The Material Girl recently posted photos of her boobs.

Not her entire boobs -- that would get her kicked off! -- but certainly her sweaty cleavage, with the caption "Addicted to sweat !!!!!".

In the cleav shot, Madge appears to be wearing some sort of 1980s-print tank top with a black bra strap showing, and standing in what resembles a laundry room that nobody in the world believes she uses.

The 54-year-old also posted photos of herself with a fake moustache, and with a martini and the camera angled directly down her dress.

Back in November, the last time her account was active, the singer posted concert photos, like a normal worldwide celebrity.

You come to LAist because you want independent reporting and trustworthy local information. Our newsroom doesn’t answer to shareholders looking to turn a profit. Instead, we answer to you and our connected community. We are free to tell the full truth, to hold power to account without fear or favor, and to follow facts wherever they lead. Our only loyalty is to our audiences and our mission: to inform, engage, and strengthen our community.

Right now, LAist has lost $1.7M in annual funding due to Congress clawing back money already approved. The support we receive from readers like you will determine how fully our newsroom can continue informing, serving, and strengthening Southern California.
