The NCAA bracket-style contest for the title of Best Taco in Los Angeles ended with a tie (and thankfully, there are no hanging chads to worry about in online voting). The votes between Mariscos Jalisco, which had come close to taking the title in previous years, and Guisados split down evenly down the middle.
