It's official: Heidi Klum filed for divorce from Seal this afternoon. The divorce isn't a surprise exactly: the couple has been separated for three months.

A young woman who used to ring up cheesecakes at the Cheesecake Factory in Woodland Hills settled a suit, alleging that her supervisors sexually harassed her and then fired her for complaining.

A home in Chatsworth was vandalized with toilet paper, feces and the word "Jew" scrawled in maple syrup alongside swastikas. Last night students protesting at the board of trustees meeting at Santa Monica College were pepper-sprayed by campus police. The college's President Dr. Chui L. Tsang released a statement commending the campus police officers for exercising restraint and not arresting any of the students. He said the pepper-spraying was to "preserve public and personal safety."
