Heidi Klum Files for Divorce From Seal, But She Doesn't Want to Pay Spousal Support

It's official: Heidi Klum filed for divorce from Seal this afternoon.The divorce isn't a surprise exactly: the couple has been separated for three months.
The couple had four children together and they had been married for seven years (and liked to make a big show of regularly renewing their vows). The papers were filed in in Los Angeles Superior Court this afternoon, according to People.
Klum will be asking the judge to restore her maiden name, which she has used professionally, TMZ reported.
She's also asking the judge to reject any of Seal's claims for spousal support.
