Your Planned 405 Closures For The Coming Week

Seems like we have a new set of closures on the 405 every week, huh?
Only the southbound lanes of the 405 through the Sepulveda Pass will be closed next week in the wee hours of the mornings between the 101 and the Getty Center. The closures will begin at midnight, Monday through Thursday night, and the freeway will reopen at 5 a.m. the next morning.
Southbound traffic will be detoured onto Sepulveda Boulevard.
Crews will be striping the lanes and traffic speed detector loops as a part of the $1.2 billion 405 improvement project. The late-night hours of the closures probably mean it won't affect your morning commute, but as always be prepared.
