Woman's Body Discovered In Trunk Of Her Car In Irvine

The body of a woman who had been recently reported missing by her husband was discovered in the trunk of her own car in Irvine last night.
The woman had been reported missing 5 hours earlier by her husband, investigators told to City News Service. He called police when he spotted her car on Beech Tree Lane at University Drive around midnight last night. That's when they opened the trunk and discovered her body.
The woman's name hasn't been released and it's not clear how she died, but she is about 30 or 31, police said.
