Los Angeles And OC Voting Centers Are Open: Where To Go For The 2020 Primary Election

You might have heard the way we vote is changing -- the March 2020 primary will be the first election in Los Angeles County and Orange County to make use of regional voting centers instead of your usual neighborhood polling place.

The centers in operation for 11 days (February 22 to March 3) open their doors today. Others open in a week and will operate for four days (February 29 - March 3).

That means you no longer have an assigned place to vote. You can go to any voting center in the county and cast your ballot.

And here's a friendly reminder for those who don't want to vote in person: you have until February 25 to request your vote-by-mail ballot. Here's where you can do that for L.A. County.

If you're registered in Orange County, you'll automatically receive a vote-by-mail ballot -- convenient, eh?
