An employee at a Santa Clarita Target has been arrested and charged after a customer caught him trying to take pictures in the dressing room.

Ricky Alexander Torres was arrested by authorities on Friday night at the Santa Clarita East Target after a woman noticed he was peeping into a changing room with an electronic device of some sort. The woman placed him under citizen's arrest and he was held in the store before sheriff's deputies arrived to arrest Torres, according to KTLA.

ABC 7 reports that the 21-year old was charged with a similar crime last year.
