Meta, the social media company that owns Facebook and Instagram, just settled a major lawsuit filed by dozens of states, including California. The state is also in the middle of an antitrust lawsuit over Paramount’s plans to take over Warner Bros. These are just a couple of legal battles the state is fighting. - The other folks behind Mokja are Frank and Michelle La, who are also behind Be Bright Coffee, a coffee shop and wholesaler on Melrose. Frank La won the 2024 U.S. Barista Championship.
