Mother-in-Law Held Hostage for Six Hours in Hollywood
Police have arrested a man that held his mother-in-law hostage for six hours in a Hollywood home, according to CBS Los Angeles. LAPD was alerted to the situation by a domestic violence report made around 12:30 p.m. and their arrival at the home led to a standoff that ended once SWAT teams arrived at 6:30 p.m. The man and his mother-in-law were not injured in the standoff and he was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats. It is unclear why the man held her hostage and his name has not been released.
