After a two week break, the Los Angeles City Council went back to work on Tuesday. And it wasn't too long before there was a collective WTF going on around City Hall. It's apparently not unusual for the post-labor day facial hair game, but this year some are questioning Council President Eric Garcetti's approach. "Garcetti looks like he got gorilla masked," said one employee. "But Reyes looks gangsta, he pulls that off."
If everyone shares the feeling about Garcetti, don't worry, it won't be there for long. The Navy reservist can't go on duty like that.
