Police are looking for an 18-year-old high school student from New Jersey who went missing and never boarded his flight home this week.Julian Thompkins was on a trip visiting USC with his mother, but the last time she saw him was on November 6 near LAX. He was supposed to board a plane home the next day but he never showed and he hasn't been seen or heard from since. A press release from the LAPD says that his family is worried about his health (although it doesn't describe what sort of health problems he might have).

Here's the description of Thompkins:

He is described as a male Black with black hair, brown eyes, stands about 6 feet 4 inches and weighs 170 pounds. He has a tattoo of a spider web on his left elbow and has also used the name Julian Ewing. He was wearing a black and gray "speckled" hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray Nike tennis shoes.

Anyone with information about Thompkins is asked to contact LAPD Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800.
